How to use
Before lighting your candle or warming your waxmelt, please read and follow the WARNING LABEL located at the bottom of your candle or wax melt.
Candle warning label reads:
~Trim your wick to 1/4" inch before each burn.
~Place on heat safe surface.
~Container will be hot when candle is lit.
~Discontinue use when less than 1/4" of wax remains.
~Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
~Burn within sight.
~Keep away from things that catch fire.
~Keep away from children and pets.
Wax Melt Warning Label Reads:
~To prevent Fire or Injury: Remove packaging before use.
~Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts.
~Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use.
~Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach children and pets.
~Do NOT add water!
~Do NOT melt on stove top on in non-approved appliances.
~Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials.
~Discontinue use if dish contains less that 1/2" of wax.

Return policy
Return policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not damaged in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. **All Accessories are FINAL SALE!**
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
