HOW ARE POINTS CALCULATED?

You’ll earn 10 points for every dollar spent on eligible items (which breaks down to 1 point for every 10¢). Purchases are rounded to the nearest 10¢.

WHEN WILL MY EARNINGS SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT?

Points will typically appear within 72 hours after an in-store purchase or after your online order ships.

HOW LONG DO MY EARNINGS LAST?

Points expire if your account is inactive (no transaction activity) for 365 days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A RETURN?

If you make a return, we will deduct the points you earned on those items from your account. If this results in a negative balance, future purchases will be credited to that negative balance. Your Tracker will reflect 0 points earned until the negative balance is met. Please contact info@berrylynnco.com for your most up-to-date points total.
